Summary

Provide personalized service and fashion guidance to women's apparel customers while building lasting relationships and meeting sales goals. Maintain product knowledge and help keep the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide styling, fit, and product recommendations.
• Build a customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital selling tools; follow up with customers after purchases.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, maintain product knowledge, and support department merchandising, stocking, markdowns, and inventory counts.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
