Seasonal part-time Concierge responsible for creating genuine relationships with clients and delivering exceptional luxury service at the store. Acts as the client’s first point of contact, guiding them to appropriate departments, managing appointment calendars, and collaborating with the client experience and store teams to ensure a seamless visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity
• Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments and universes
• Initiate and build genuine relationships with clientele
• Manage daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events
• Partner with the client experience team to ensure a seamless client journey
• Collaborate with the broader store team to support client service initiatives
• Act as a brand ambassador and personal advisor to clients
