Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their service needs.
• Work across store areas, process point-of-sale transactions, and direct escalated issues to management.
• Follow up on client requests and support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
• Introduce clients to relevant services, including personalization and delivery.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
