Job Description

Summary

The Seasonal Coordinator will support Hermes.com and flagship boutique clients by handling inquiries via phone, email and live chat, ensuring high standards of service and representing the brand with professionalism. This is an onsite seasonal role based at the New York Corporate Office from January 5, 2026 through March 31, 2026. The coordinator will manage orders, resolve delivery issues and collaborate with internal partners to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone email and live chat inquiries with impeccable verbal and written communication
  • Place online orders follow-up on pending orders and resolve delivery issues
  • Respond to client voicemails and follow-up to resolution
  • Display product knowledge and convey the brand style values and vision
  • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve client issues
  • Offer tailored solutions and recommendations to customers
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment demonstrating flexibility resilience and professionalism

Requirements

  • Open availability Monday through Sunday to meet business needs
  • 1-2 years experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Experience in luxury retail hospitality or high-end customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM systems call center software and Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong verbal written communication and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage complex requests with discretion
  • Team-oriented proactive and receptive to feedback
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
