Responsibilities

• Provide personalized fragrance consultations and product recommendations to customers
• Demonstrate product features and sampling techniques to encourage trial
• Drive sales and meet individual and seasonal sales targets
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow up and clienteling
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are well stocked
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties accurately
• Participate in promotional events and seasonal campaigns
• Keep up to date with fragrance launches and brand information

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty advisory experience
• Strong knowledge of fragrances and beauty products preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional grooming and presentation suitable for a luxury retail environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
• Basic point of sale and cash handling experience
