Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and manage service interactions from start to finish.
• Resolve customer concerns, returns, and exchanges with empathy and sound judgment.
• Support order and pickup inquiries and accurately process transactions and ticketing.
• Protect customer information and promote loyalty programs, tools, and services.
• Build relationships with teammates and provide POS and register training to new hires.

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with multiple operating systems, including Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, frequently handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
