Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions and provide a seamless friendly experience
- Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and multiple operating systems
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely effective resolutions
- Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliance and resolution
- Motivate customers to adopt loyalty programs and promote store initiatives
- Inspire trust and positive team relationships and support teamwork
- Handle merchandise including lifting reaching and moving items as needed
Requirements
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers peers and leadership
- Proficiency with MS Windows iOS and Android operating systems
- Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Accountability initiative and high level of ownership
- Ability to work a flexible variable schedule including continuous movement for 6-8 hours
- Capacity to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
