Job Description

Summary

Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer issues in a fast paced store environment while demonstrating proficiency with store technologies and supporting programs such as the rewards program. Schedule will vary based on business needs and this is a seasonal role at the Scottsdale Fashion Square location.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
  • Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions
  • Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliance and education
  • Motivate and inspire others to adopt store initiatives such as the rewards program
  • Build positive relationships with customers peers and leadership
  • Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on department needs

Requirements

  • Customer obsessed with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows iOS and Android
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Accountability initiative and a high level of ownership
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
