Job Description

Summary

Seasonal customer facing role focused on delivering exceptional service by assisting customers with transactions, using store technologies, resolving issues, and supporting sales initiatives. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and a customer obsessed attitude to foster trust and teamwork in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a variety of transactions and provide a seamless friendly experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in all store technologies and operating systems
  • Defuse customer situations and provide timely effective resolutions
  • Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliance and education
  • Support and promote loyalty programs and sales initiatives
  • Inspire trust and positive relationships among team members
  • Motivate others to adopt department initiatives
  • Adapt hours and schedule weekly based on business needs

Requirements

  • Ability to build effective relationships with customers peers and leadership
  • Proficiency with multiple operating systems such as MS Windows iOS and Android
  • Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Accountability initiative and a high level of ownership
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
