Job Description

Summary

Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer issues in a retail store environment. Demonstrate proficiency with store technologies and support initiatives such as the rewards program while maintaining customer privacy and security. Work a variable schedule based on business needs during the seasonal period.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
  • Defuse customer situations and provide timely effective resolution
  • Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliance and resolution
  • Motivate and inspire others to adopt store initiatives such as the rewards program

Requirements

  • Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows iOS and Android
  • Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Accountability initiative and a high level of ownership
