Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations. The role focuses on driving sales, supporting store initiatives, utilizing technology for alternative purchase paths, and contributing to a collaborative store environment while building clientele.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Deliver consistent brand-aligned customer experiences on the sales floor
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize More Ways to Shop and support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
- Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and stand, walk, and move for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor, stock areas, and office
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts or travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
