Summary

The Seasonal Fulfillment role involves receiving and processing incoming merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, preparing shipments, and supporting store operations to ensure excellent customer experiences. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack new merchandise
• Deliver merchandise to selling departments and organize stockrooms
• Fulfill customer orders following quality and packing standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders meeting shipping standards
• Use inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research and resolve merchandise shipment issues
• Assist with store support tasks such as markdowns and event setup

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using technology and new computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
