Seasonal Fulfillment - Washington Square

Summary

The Seasonal Fulfillment team member supports store logistics and order fulfillment while helping deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role receives and processes merchandise, prepares customer orders for shipment, and helps maintain organized store and stockroom areas.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders and prepare shipments according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including special event setup, markdowns, and relocating fixtures.

Requirements

• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, initiative, and strong organizational skills.
• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment and pay close attention to detail.
• Use a variety of technology and computer applications.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Meet physical requirements, including continuous movement, frequent bending and reaching, and lifting and carrying merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
