Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and exceed customer expectations
- Maintain customer correspondence to build relationships and drive sales
- Drive full price volume across product pillars and meet sales targets
- Utilize technology and virtual selling to outreach to clients
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the catalog
- Support product launches, special events, inventory tasks and store projects
- Perform opening and closing store duties and adhere to company policies
- Maintain professional appearance and ongoing communication with management
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales work experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi task, work in high pressure environments and meet targets
- Proactive self starter with passion for learning and the brand
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with point of sale and virtual tools preferred
- Physical ability to stand, walk for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to operate register and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
