Seasonal Greeter

Summary

Temporary seasonal Greeter role supporting the store during the peak holiday season. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, build genuine client relationships, manage the daily appointment calendar and waitlist, and create a welcoming luxury retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival and provide a warm, professional welcome
• Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments
• Manage daily calendar including appointments and waitlist
• Partner with the Client Experience team and store staff to ensure a seamless visit
• Maintain high standards of courtesy and integrity in client interactions
• Support store policies and procedures and communicate them to clients
• Act as a brand ambassador representing the maison and its values

Requirements

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced luxury retail environment
• Organizational skills to manage appointments and calendar
• Professional presentation and client focused attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop within the brand
