Summary

Temporary seasonal greeter role supporting peak holiday operations at a luxury retail store. The greeter is the client’s first point of contact, focused on building genuine relationships, managing appointments and waitlists, and directing clients to appropriate departments.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming first impression
• Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments
• Manage daily calendar including appointments and waitlist
• Partner with the client experience and store teams to ensure seamless service
• Maintain professionalism and represent the brand promise
• Follow store policies and procedures
• Support on-going in-store events and client appointments

Requirements

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and a strategic sales attitude
• Ability to manage calendars and appointment systems
• High degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Availability to work seasonally during peak holiday period
