Seasonal Guest Service Coordinator

Summary

The Seasonal Guest Service Coordinator provides in-store hospitality and client experience support, owning hospitality services including food and beverage in the Guest Kitchen to help achieve monthly sales goals. This role is the primary point of contact for client requests, coordinates concierge and transportation services, facilitates sales via phone or electronic communication, and supports the selling teams on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Own guest hospitality services and manage Guest Kitchen food and beverage presentation while clients shop.
• Develop relationships with internal and external clients; facilitate sales or connect clients to appropriate sales professionals.
• Assist with celebrity dressing, marketing/PR requests, promotional mailing projects, and store events.
• Support opening and closing procedures; maintain clean, organized front and back of house areas and stock cash wraps.
• Coordinate with Shipping & Receiving and Alterations for customer sends, transfers, deliveries, and product requests.
• Provide floor support as needed, operate the register, and assist sales professionals to ensure smooth transactions and customer experiences.

Requirements

• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Professional personal presentation, attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., climb a ladder as trained, stand and walk for multiple hours, and perform physical tasks on the sales floor.
• Relevant retail or hospitality experience preferred; basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred.
