La personne idéale incarnera la promesse Louis Vuitton en créant une relation authentique et en valorisant chaque instant passé par le client au sein de la Maison. Elle veillera à accueillir chaque client avec la plus grande courtoisie et intégrité. En collaboration avec l’équipe Expérience Client et l’ensemble de l’équipe du magasin, elle contribuera à offrir un parcours client fluide et assurera la gestion quotidienne du calendrier des rendez-vous et des événements en magasin.

Cette occasion s’adresse aux personnes qui s’épanouissent dans un environnement au rythme soutenu et se reconnaissent dans un véritable rôle de conseil personnalisé. As a Host, you will initiate the process on building a genuine relationship with the Client by determining the Client’s needs and offering direction to appropriate departments and Universes. The greeter is a client’s first point of contact within the store and sets the tone for the client’s experience while they are with us.

The ideal Host will manifest the Louis Vuitton Promise to build a genuine relationship and cherish the Client’s time spent at the Maison while making sure that each Client is greeted with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity, partnering with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team at large to build a seamless client experience and maintaining daily calendar of client appointments and on-going events in-store.
