Summary

The Seasonal Merchandising Associate supports merchandise processing and stockroom operations to help drive sales and maintain store standards. The role prepares new receipts for the sales floor and assists with merchandise placement and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, unload, sort, and prepare merchandise and supplies.
• Process merchandise to ensure it is tagged, ticketed, and ready for the sales floor.
• Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom and receiving area while following asset protection and safety procedures.
• Place merchandise on the selling floor according to floor maps and visual standards; complete signing, price changes, damages, and returns.
• Work flexible schedules based on business needs and inbound deliveries, and support teammates in providing a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• No experience required; candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, basic math skills, and organizational ability.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, use handheld equipment and computers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
