The Seasonal Support Associate supports sales and profit by processing merchandise receipts and maintaining stockroom standards. This seasonal retail role prepares merchandise for the sales floor and helps ensure store presentations meet company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, offload, sort, and prepare merchandise and supplies.
• Process merchandise so it is floor ready, tagged, and ticketed.
• Maintain organized stockroom and receiving areas, and maximize available space.
• Place merchandise on the sales floor using floor maps and visual standards.
• Complete price changes, damages, salvages, and return-to-vendor processing.
• Follow operational, asset protection, and safety procedures while supporting the store team.

Requirements

• No experience required; candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organization, and basic math skills.
• Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, use computers and handheld equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
