Seasonal Merchandising Support Associate - Roosevelt Field

Summary

The Seasonal Support Associate helps drive sales and profit by processing incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently and maintaining high stockroom standards. This role supports merchandise preparation and placement on the selling floor during the seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch merchandise and supplies, including recording trailer deliveries and offloading, sorting, and preparing merchandise.
• Process merchandise to ensure it is floor-ready, tagged, and ticketed.
• Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom and receiving area while following asset protection and operational procedures.
• Place merchandise on the selling floor according to floor maps and visual standards; complete signing, price changes, damages, and returns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and support team members.

Requirements

• No experience required; a high school diploma or equivalent is encouraged.
• Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, basic math skills, and organization.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, use computers and handheld equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
