Seasonal Operations Associate (BOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store operations and helps deliver an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. Reporting to an Operations Manager, this role handles merchandise processing, inventory control, and price changes.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and execute merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and all other work areas.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
