Job Description
Summary
The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store operations during the holiday season. The role helps prepare merchandise for the selling floor and fulfill shipments while supporting a smooth client experience.
Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
- Prepare merchandise shipments to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
- Complete daily inventory control tasks and merchandise price changes.
- Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and other work areas.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 35 pounds.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
