Seasonal Operations Associate (BOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports back-of-house operations during the seasonal period. The role helps ensure merchandise is processed accurately and efficiently to support an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and execute merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and all other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
