Seasonal Operations Associate (BOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports the store operations team during the seasonal period. The role focuses on merchandise movement, inventory tasks, and safe execution of assignments.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and execute price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in receiving and other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
