Seasonal Operations Associate - BOH

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store operations and helps enhance the client experience during the busy seasonal period. Reporting to an Operations Manager, this role ensures merchandise and inventory tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort incoming merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control tasks and merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and all other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
