Seasonal Operations Associate - Back Of House

Summary

Support the store operations team during the seasonal period by preparing merchandise for the selling floor and fulfilling shipment needs. Help deliver an exceptional client experience through accurate, safe, and timely operations.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and all other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
