Seasonal Part Time Operations Associate supporting back-of-house efficiency during the peak holiday season at a luxury retail store. The role focuses on inventory, client services, store systems, financial processes, and client care including alterations when applicable. This temporary position may lead to consideration for permanent roles after the season.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and stock processes to maintain accuracy and availability
• Support client services and after sales activities including alterations when applicable
• Maintain store facility and operate store systems to brand standards
• Assist with financial tasks and adherence to policies and procedures
• Secure back-of-house efficiency to enable smooth client service
• Contribute to repairs and product handling following brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the retail team to support peak season operations
