Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store operations during the seasonal period. This role helps prepare merchandise for the selling floor and fulfills shipments while supporting inventory accuracy and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in receiving and other work areas.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
