Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store operations during the holiday season and helps deliver an exceptional client experience. Reporting to an Operations Manager, this role handles merchandise processing, inventory control, and related operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
