Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

Seasonal Operations Associate supporting store operations during peak periods. Responsible for handling inbound and outbound merchandise, inventory control, and ensuring safe and efficient receiving dock operations while working a flexible schedule that may include nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients stores or distribution center
• Complete daily inventory control operations
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and other work areas
• Work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
