Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store operations during the holiday season, helping ensure merchandise is ready for the selling floor and client orders are fulfilled. The role reports to an Operations Manager and contributes to a safe, exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and other work areas.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
