Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

Supports store operations to help deliver an exemplary customer experience. Maintains efficient processes across inventory, shipping and receiving, stockroom, cash office, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory preparation and execution, and process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, stockroom, cash office, repairs, and operational administrative duties.
• Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies; coordinate engraving and embossing services.
• Review store processes and suggest ways to improve efficiency, while supporting loss prevention and asset protection procedures.
• Process invoices and accurately read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, inventory, and sales documents.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for maintaining an elevated store environment.
• Computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook, preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, climb a ladder, and stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
• Relevant work experience preferred.
