Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

Provide in-store operational support to ensure efficient merchandise flow and excellent customer experience. This seasonal role assists with shipping and receiving, stockroom management, cash office tasks, repairs, and general operational administration. The associate partners with store leadership to improve processes and maintain company standards.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company regulations and standards
• Support inventory preparation and execution, including transfer and count document handling
• Maintain stockroom, supplies, engraving and embossing coordination, and cash office support
• Assist with loss prevention procedures and asset protection efforts
• Work with accounts payable to ensure timely invoice approval and administrative follow up
• Partner with store teams to assess processes and recommend efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Relevant retail or operations experience preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills preferred, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with store systems
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder as trained under health and safety guidelines
• Enthusiasm for maintaining an elevated brand image and attention to product care
