Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

Provide seasonal in-store operational support to ensure efficient execution of shipping, receiving, stockroom, cash office, repairs, and administrative functions. Partner with store leadership to assess and improve processes, support loss prevention, and manage supplies and vendor services. Process incoming and outgoing merchandise and assist with inventory preparation in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory preparation and execution and process transfers and shipping documents.
• Receive, process, and prepare incoming and outgoing merchandise per company regulations.
• Maintain and replenish office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies.
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services and assist with alteration/repair tracking.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely and accurate invoice approvals.
• Support loss prevention procedures and asset protection to reduce shrink.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic team player who projects an elevated brand image and demonstrates strong communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Relevant work experience preferred; proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, lift up to 30 lbs, climb a ladder as trained, and stand/move for multiple hours.
