Summary
Seasonal Operations Associate responsible for supporting store operations including shipping receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative operational duties to ensure efficient store functioning and exemplary customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain supplies for office facilities and associate grooming products.
- Work with accounts payable to ensure invoices are approved correctly and promptly.
- Support and execute shrink reduction plan and report violations.
- Coordinate accessories repair, engraving and embossing services with external vendors.
- Support inventory preparation and execution and process incoming and outgoing merchandise per company standards.
- Read and execute transfer shipping alternation and inventory documents including UPS and vendor slips.
- Execute accurate cash office processes and ensure POS audit compliance.
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by management.
- Maintain professional presentation and demonstrate product knowledge and respect.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales capacity.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint and able to learn new systems.
- Strong time management ability to multi task and prioritize effectively.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs and perform packing unpacking and moving stock.
- Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire for career growth.
- Ability to follow company regulations and procedures for operations and shrink control.
