Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

Seasonal role supporting store operations across shipping receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties to ensure efficient store functioning and exemplary customer experience. Position is temporary for up to three months and involves coordination with vendors and internal partners to maintain processes and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office facilities supplies and grooming products for associates
• Work with accounts payable to ensure timely invoice approval
• Support shrink reduction plan and report violations per company regulations
• Coordinate accessories repair services with external vendors
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services
• Support inventory preparation and execution
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards
• Execute cash office processes and support POS audit compliance
• Assist with packing unpacking and moving stock during receiving and stocking

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to stand walk for shifts and lift approximately 20 lbs
• Ability to learn new systems and demonstrate professional etiquette
