Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store operations and enhances the client experience during the holiday season. Reporting to an Operations Manager, this role handles merchandise processing, inventory tasks, and shipment preparation.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare items for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control tasks and execute price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and all work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
