Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports the secure and timely processing of luxury repair orders, documents, and packages for clients and stores. This full-time seasonal role is expected to continue through the end of January, with potential for a permanent position based on business needs and individual interest.

Responsibilities

• Receive, safely unbox, process, and sort incoming orders from stores and clients.
• Complete service-order closeout, POS processing, packing, manifesting, labeling, and shipping.
• Maintain a secure, organized workspace, manage supplies, and organize documentation.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve service issues and support a seamless repair experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of business experience, preferably with an operational or distribution background.
• Luxury retail or packing experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping or operational systems, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills and the ability to shift tasks as business needs change.
