Seasonal Operations Specialist

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Specialist supports store operational and inventory activities, ensuring efficient processing of shipments and organized stockroom conditions. The role manages movement of merchandise between stockroom and sales floor, conducts cycle counts and audits, and coordinates with the sales team and external couriers to maintain accurate inventory availability. The specialist also helps implement security and display procedures to uphold store standards.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, transfers, and replenishment to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify product quantities and report discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain stockroom layout, labeling, and cleanliness for accessibility by the sales team.
• Prepare merchandise for display and support implementation of security measures.
• Communicate inventory availability and collaborate with sales, operations, and external couriers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations and inventory experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
