Seasonal Operations Specialist

Summary

Seasonal Operations Specialist supporting store operational and inventory activities in Manhasset. Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing shipments and transfers, replenishing the sales floor, organizing the stockroom, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Works closely with the sales and operations teams and external couriers to support timely deliveries and stock availability.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming and outgoing shipments and transfers accurately.
• Move merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify product quantities and conditions, reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain organized, labeled stockrooms and implement optimized warehouse layouts for accessibility.
• Support security measures through inspections and preparation of products for display.
• Provide inventory updates to the sales team and coordinate with external couriers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
