Seasonal Operations Specialist

Summary

Seasonal Operations Specialist supporting in-store operational and inventory activities to ensure efficient store performance. Responsible for processing shipments and transfers, replenishing the sales floor, maintaining organized stockrooms, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, stockroom standards, and timely communication with couriers and store staff.

Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory flow and streamline operational processes, including accurate processing of shipments and transfers.
• Oversee movement of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify product quantities and conditions; report discrepancies.
• Implement security measures through inspections and prepare products for display.
• Maintain organized stockrooms with proper labeling and an optimized warehouse layout.
• Coordinate with operations team and external couriers to ensure accurate shipping and timely delivery; update sales team on inventory availability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
