Seasonal Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate supports daily retail store operations, including inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor replenishment. This primarily non-selling role may also assist customers and support sales floor needs as business requires.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, freight, markdowns, tags, and RFID inventory activities according to company guidelines.
• Manage transfers and ship-to-home orders, replenish merchandise, and maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory.
• Support sales associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers when working on the sales floor.
• Process transactions, maintain store and fitting room standards, and participate in visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with team members and support front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or related experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Be able to move around the store, lift or climb with loads up to 30 pounds, and perform moderately physical tasks.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
