Responsibilities

• Support store operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers.
• Assist clients with repairs, special orders, engravings, and other service needs.
• Capture client information, handle phone and email correspondence, and coordinate with sales professionals and management.
• Reconcile inventory, address discrepancies, maintain security standards, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Strong interest in store operations and shipping processes.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and authorization to work in the position's country.
