Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with product selection, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives while contributing to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including replenishment and opening or closing tasks.
• Support visual standards, store initiatives, and a positive, collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Operate a register and remain standing or walking for extended periods; lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
