Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and support company initiatives and team training.
• Deliver a consistent in-store customer experience and build clientele.
• Use digital tools and alternative purchasing options to support customer access and sales.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
