Delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while helping achieve store sales goals. Supports brand and store initiatives through teamwork, customer engagement, and the use of multiple shopping and product discovery tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and sales goals by prioritizing customer needs.
• Represent Ralph Lauren brand expectations and maintain store and sales floor standards.
• Build customer relationships and clientele through networking and ongoing engagement.
• Use alternative purchasing processes and digital tools to support customer access to products.
• Participate in team training, support company initiatives, and provide management with feedback on opportunities and category needs.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, maneuver around the store, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
