The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized and inspiring in-store shopping experience while helping achieve sales goals. This role supports store initiatives, builds customer relationships, and represents the brand's service standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and achieving sales goals.
• Engage customers, build clientele, and support alternative purchasing options and digital product discovery.
• Participate in team training and support company initiatives and store standards.
• Share customer feedback and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Be able to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
