Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals by focusing on customer needs and supporting company initiatives.
• Use available shopping tools and technology to support product discovery and purchasing.
• Build clientele, collaborate with the team, and share feedback and category opportunities with management.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
