The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and helps achieve sales goals. This role supports store initiatives, builds customer relationships, and represents the brand's values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Use available shopping tools and technologies to connect customers with products and purchasing options.
• Build clientele, collaborate with team members, and share feedback and category opportunities with management.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards while supporting company initiatives and training.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
